Job Description
General Definition Of Work
Sell windows and doors in the Lynchburg, Smith Mountain Lake and Roanoke markets.
Description Of Duties
-
Generate leads.
-
Manage assigned leads.
-
Conduct showroom and in-home sales appointments.
-
Own the full sales process by:
-
Assessing customer needs
-
Demonstrating product application
-
Executing project evaluation, measuring, and quote
-
Executing product sales and delivery
-
Following up on product installation
-
Ensuring customer satisfaction
-

Gain new business through networking and referrals with homeowners and building contractors.
-
Utilize CRM and pricing tools to quote products and manage your business.
-
Maintain an organized work flow.
-
Follow sales process when conducting consultations.
-
Continually strive for 100% "Very Satisfied" customers.
-
Prepare and present estimates within 48 hours.
-
Project manage your jobs with proficiency.
-
Return incoming phone calls in a professional manner within 1 business day.
-
Effectively sell the company’s services.
-
Visit every sold job once at minimum to maintain relationship with customers and crew.

Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids.
-
Strive to target and market to the most profitable jobs.
-
Prioritize work and actions in order to achieve established sales goals.

Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote company.

Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates and gross profits.

Maintain regular communication with the owners, staff and field personnel.

Assure all necessary information is communicated to crew foreman as necessary.
