  • Experience can include sales/technical product expertise

  • Valid driver's license

Job Description

General Definition Of Work

Sell windows and doors in the Lynchburg, Smith Mountain Lake and Roanoke markets.

Description Of Duties

  • Generate leads.

  • Manage assigned leads.

  • Conduct showroom and in-home sales appointments.

  • Own the full sales process by:

    • Assessing customer needs

    • Demonstrating product application

    • Executing project evaluation, measuring, and quote

    • Executing product sales and delivery

    • Following up on product installation

    • Ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Gain new business through networking and referrals with homeowners and building contractors.

  • Utilize CRM and pricing tools to quote products and manage your business.

  • Maintain an organized work flow.

  • Follow sales process when conducting consultations.

  • Continually strive for 100% "Very Satisfied" customers.

  • Prepare and present estimates within 48 hours.

  • Project manage your jobs with proficiency.

  • Return incoming phone calls in a professional manner within 1 business day.

  • Effectively sell the company’s services.

  • Visit every sold job once at minimum to maintain relationship with customers and crew.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids.

  • Strive to target and market to the most profitable jobs.

  • Prioritize work and actions in order to achieve established sales goals.

  • Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote company.

  • Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates and gross profits.

Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with the owners, staff and field personnel.

  • Maintain company reputation of integrity.

  • Maintain professionalism in communication, punctuality, and prompt response.

  • Assure all necessary information is communicated to crew foreman as necessary.

  • Communicate with all employees in a positive and respectful manner.
