Sales Executive

Job Description

Manage office leads, self-generate leads and build a network of referral to offer roofing, gutter, window, and siding services to the Central Virginia region. Perform roof inspections to determine the overall condition, remaining lifespan, required maintenance, or possible storm damage from wind or hail. Prepare and present roof, gutter, window, and siding estimates. Work with customers and their home insurance carriers to secure monies for the repair of property damages. Provide assistance and leadership to our operations teams to ensure a 5-Star Customer experience.

Our installation teams have 20+ years of experience in roofing, gutter, window, and siding replacement and repairs.

Applicant Requirements


  • Clean driving record

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Not scared of heights


  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Preferred Experience

  • Outside Sales: 3 years

  • Customer service: 2 year

  • Construction Estimating: 1 year

  • Construction Inspection: 1 year



  • Serve customers by being punctual for appointments and returning phone calls promptly.

  • Create detailed labor orders for each sold job to ensure proper installation.

  • Communicate with all customers and employees in a positive and respectful manner.

Description Of Duties

  • Set daily customer appointments.

  • Provide competent construction consultation.

  • Climb ladders, access attics, and walk roofs.

  • Run in-home sales appointments and pursue referral business.

  • Self-generate leads by canvassing and networking.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and effectively manage sales funnel.

  • Prioritize work and actions to achieve established sales goals.

  • Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote the company.

  • Maintain an organized workflow using the company's web-based CRM platform.

  • Effectively sell the company’s services to homeowners in a competitive atmosphere by understanding the customers’ needs and selling to satisfy those needs.
