Job Description

General Definition Of Work

Perform inspections, provide estimates and project manage jobs to completion.

Description Of Duties

  • Generate leads.

  • Manage assigned leads.

  • Perform inspections for roofing, gutters, siding, and windows.

  • Identify needed work and provide solutions.

  • Utilize pricing tools to provide a competitive estimate to customers.

  • Prepare and present estimates to potential customers.

  • Effectively identify storm damage that qualifies for insurance coverage.

  • Work with homeowners and their insurance to help obtain rightful coverage.

  • Climb ladders and walk roofs to survey storm damage.

  • Conduct in-home sales appointments.

  • Return incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

  • Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote the company.

  • Maintain an organized and efficient workflow.

  • Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits.


  • Maintain regular communication with the staff and field personnel.

  • Maintain company reputation of integrity.

  • Maintain professionalism in communication, punctuality, and prompt response.

  • Communicate with all employees in a positive and respectful manner.
