Job Description
General Definition Of Work
Perform inspections, provide estimates and project manage jobs to completion.
Description Of Duties

Generate leads.

Manage assigned leads.
-
Perform inspections for roofing, gutters, siding and windows.

Identify needed work and provide solution.
-
Utilize pricing tools to provide competitive estimate to customer.
-
Prepare and present estimates within 48 hours.
-
Effectively identify storm damage that legally qualifies for insurance coverage.
-
Work with home owners and their insurance to help obtain rightful coverage.
-
Project manage your jobs with construction proficiency.
-
Climb ladders and walk roofs to survey storm damage.
-
Conduct in-home sales appointments.
-
Return incoming phone calls in a professional manner within 1 business day.

Effectively sell the company’s services.

Visit every sold job once at minimum to maintain relationship with customers and crew.

Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids.
-
Strive to target and market to the most profitable jobs.
-
Prioritize work and actions in order to achieve established sales goals.

Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote company.

Maintain an organized work flow.

Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates and gross profits.
